Join us for a pre-Halloween screening of the Universal silent spectacular The Phantom of the Opera with live accompaniment by organist Ken Double on the Mighty Wurlitzer Theatre Pipe Organ. Experience the horror classic as it was meant to be heard at its original 1925 release! Based on Gaston Leroux’s 1910 novel The Phantom of the Opera, the film and its star, Lon “The Man of a Thousand Faces” Chaney, have thrilled audiences for 96 years.

The Phantom, a menacing presence who lurks about the halls and cellars of the Paris Opera, becomes obsessed with singer Christine Daae. Intent on becoming her lover as well as her mentor, he risks his life – and others’ – in pursuit of her. The Beast finds his Beauty, but can he win and keep her?
